Clean room with a nice view. Shared bathroom and toilet were super clean. The desk is handy, and they have a hairdryer. I loved the key access and the quiet street view. Towels were fresh, and there's a wardrobe for your stuff.

Favourable location, the private parking was available. Moreover, it was so close to a quiet area in Lucerne, trains, and the river.

Hotel Alpha was a pleasant surprise! The shared bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the location near the train station made getting around super easy. Free breakfast with decent options was a nice touch, even if the room was a bit basic.

Nice, comfort and clean room, Staffs were friendly and helpful. location is not too far, less than 10 min walk from Luzern station. Breakfast is excellent.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a non-smoking environment. The staff was helpful, even recommending a local taxi on my first stay. I always return here for business trips.

The staff was cooperative and we would come here again. Everything was great during 1 day, loved its favourable location close enough to a nice, quiet area and the Lucerne train station and the rest of the attractions and main attractions. We had reasonably good breakfast with good coffee and Easter eggs, as example...

It was clean. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. It is within easy walking distance of everything you could want in Luzern, on the number 1 bus line. We never had a problem or a wait with the shared bathrooms and shower on the floor. There was a sink in the room, which was helpful.

The Wifi was expensive. But that goes with Switzerland.

would have been nice if all rooms had attached bathrooms. However, the shared bathrooms were very clean and we did not have to wait to use them either. So it is a matter of convnience.

Friendliness of staff and handy location to centre of Lucerne. Only a 5-10 minute walk from central railway station and in a nice quiet location.Staff were very obliging for organising and booking trips and allowing me to store luggage before moving on to my next destination.

Single rooms don't have bathroom facilities - but I knew this prior to booking and in general this would be a very minor issue

Only 10 minutes from the station. Close to the center of the city. Quiet environment. Clean bathroom. Cost performance is good.

The floor creaks noisily each time when someone in the next room step on it or someone pass by the passage. But anyway, I think that this is one of the cheapest hotel in a famous sightseeing city. I think it is a nice hotel considering the price.

Bread, cereals, and yoghourt were better than expected. The room was a nice size with balcony, ideal for me. Location: the hotel was just next door to all the Pilatusstrasse shops, the Chapel Bridge and a quiet area. Found time to see a covered wooden footbridge, that's at a moderate distance from the property.
